Please note this is the POV of a tenant in the middle of a sale. Our First impression of Rob; Polite understanding and accomodating. This was maintained throughout the transaction that didn’t really involve us, however my family and I were treated fairly and with respect. Always quick to respond to queries. Minimal disruptions to our day to day life. Only one photographer session and one open home.

Landlord here: Paddington has managed a property for 5+ years. Rob definitely adds a personal touch with phone calls for urgent matters and annual reviews, but for the most part, I can let the property run in the background knowing that it is in good hands with Christine conducting the quarterly inspections. Having been a tenant before, Paddington stood out to manage my property as they treat tenants as families and people - not "income producing assets". Their timely communication with maintenance issues not only deals with issues regarding the property, but shows care for the family.

Very responsive, organised, professional, communicates well...ticks all the boxes and then some. Can only give the highest commendation to Rob and the team.
